The Community and Employment Support (CES) Waiver Program provides individuals with developmental disabilities the support they need to live independently and thrive in their communities. This program focuses on helping participants develop essential self-help, social, and adaptive skills, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives in home and community-based settings.
Through personalized services, the CES Waiver Program promotes greater independence, inclusion, and overall well-being. Whether learning daily living skills, enhancing social interactions, or gaining employment support, participants receive tailored assistance to meet their unique needs.

Who is Eligible for the CES Waiver Program?
The Community and Employment Support (CES) Waiver Program serves children and adults with developmental disabilities that began before the age of 22. To qualify, an individual must have a primary diagnosis of one of the following:
Intellectual Disability (IQ of approximately 70 or below)
Epilepsy (Seizure Disorder)
Cerebral Palsy
Autism
In addition to a qualifying diagnosis, the individual must have substantial functional limitations in at least three or more of the following major life activities:
Self-care
Understanding or use of language
Learning
Mobility
Self-direction
Independent living
Please note that mental illness alone is not a qualifying diagnosis for this program.
